Avoid consistent contact with water with our sterling silver, gold plated, and vermeil items as they are water resistant, but not waterproof. Therefore, we do recommend to remove when showering and exercising.If you are searching for a piece that you may wear at all times, we recommend opting for our 10k or 14k solid gold pieces.

STERLING SILVER CARE

We expect you'll be wearing your sterling silver jewelry day and night, which is great because the oils in your skin actually prevent the jewelry from tarnishing!

An easy way to refresh your silver is by using a jewelry polishing cloth. This will remove any tarnish and smudging that may occur. Don't worry if you can't find yours, Polishing cloths are widely available at jewelers and pharmacies. For extra cleaning we recommend using silver polish!

When you are not wearing your silver jewelry (to shower or sleep), we suggest storing each piece individually in an airtight plastic bag.

YELLOW AND ROSE GOLD PLATED CARE

You'll probably be wearing these pieces a lot. An easy way to keep them shining is by taking a bowl with a mixture of warm water and mild dish detergent, and letting the jewelry soak for a few minutes. Once soaked, rinse with water and dry with polishing cloth.

For tarnish and smudges, just simply use a polishing cloth. If you need to buy one, polishing cloths are widely available at jewelers and pharmacies.

For the times you aren't wearing the jewelry, we recommend keeping it individually in a soft pouch or bag.

STORAGE

To have your jewelry ready to wear, it's best to keep each piece separate to keep it from tangling and tarnishing.

For sterling silver, we recommend using an airtight plastic bag to keep moisture out.

For yellow and rose gold plated, you can just keep each piece in a soft pouch. Vermeil and gold pieces should be kept in a dark and cool place. In order to prevent any oxidization, your silver jewelry should be kept in an airtight box.

How to Choose Your Chain Length

The chain you select will determine where on your body your necklace sits, so think about the length that is right for you. Siliice chains run from 14”(≈35.5 cm) to 32”(≈81 cm) long, which means your necklace can sit anywhere from high up on your collarbone to all the way on your lower chest.

1. Once you’ve decided where you would like the necklace to sit, take a long piece of string and loop it around your neck.

2.Close the string at the point on your chest you would like your necklace to sit.

3.Open the string and measure it - how many inches long is it? That’s the length you should select for your new necklace.

Be noted that the chain lengths mentioned on the website do not include the length of the pendant.
