PLACE YOUR ORDER
You can place your order directly through the product listing. if you'd like to see a mock-up before ordering, feel free to send us your logo file first, and we’ll create a design preview for you. Need a custom size? Contact us for personalized sizing options.

SEND US YOUR LOGO
Once you’ve placed your order, please email your logo file and Order ID to support@siliice.com. Our team will be happy to assist you in discussing design ideas, selecting colors, and confirming all customization details. 

CONFIRM THE DESIGN
Within a few hours, we’ll send you a digital mock-up for your approval before production begins.

PRODUCTION TIME 

Custom products are completed within 7–14 business days, depending on the quantity and printing method required.

SHIPPING INFO 

Standard shipping (UPS/FedEx/DHL): 4–5 business days

ABOUT RETURN

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!

If you’re unsatisfied with your order, Siliice accept non-custom items to be returned within 10 days from delivery (courier notification date).

If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email to support@siliice.com

Return Guidelines

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase. 
  • Customized products (engraving, photos, names, initials, etc.) are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact us for package return address.
  • All returns will go through an inspection process. Items damaged (scratched, tangled, etc.) will not be accepted.
If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.
