1. Place Your Order
You can place your order directly through the product listing. if you'd like to see a mock-up before ordering, feel free to send us your logo file first, and we’ll create a design preview for you.
Need a custom size? Contact us for personalized sizing options.

2. Custom Sizes & Payment Terms
If you choose Custom Size (Deposit Only), the price shown is for the deposit.

• After paying the deposit, please contact us to start your product design.
• We will provide a quotation based on your requested size.
• Once you approve the design mock-up and pay the remaining balance, production will begin.

Note: All prices include the setup/mold fee. Reorders with the same logo will be offered at a lower price.

3. Send Us Your Logo
After placing your order, email your logo file along with your Order ID to support@siliice.com.

4. Confirm the Design
Within a few hours, we’ll send you a digital mock-up for your approval before production begins.
