- Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.
- Customized products (engraving, photos, names, initials, etc.) are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact us for package return address.
- All returns will go through an inspection process. Items damaged (scratched, tangled, etc.) will not be accepted.

WHAT DOES THE "K" MEAN WHEN REFERRING TO GOLD?
The “K" in 10K and 14K gold refers to the karat of gold.
The term "karat" (K) designates the amount of gold found in a piece of jewelry.
Pure gold is 24K and signifies 99.9 percent purity, the highest you can buy. Pure gold is very soft.
Jewelry is often made in 10K, 14K or 18K. These indicate the content of gold per karat.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Orders are put into our production schedule as soon as the orders is placed. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email almost immediately. This email confirmation will include the estimated delivery date as well as all details about your order.
DO YOU PUT THE PURCHASE RECEIPT IN THE BOX?
There are no receipts put in the box so that it can be shipped directly to someone as a gift. The only receipt you will receive is by email with the order confirmation email.

We offer a free 24 months warranty on all jewelry purchases against manufacturing defects and workmanship.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?
We recommend you periodically clean your jewelry in warm water and mild detergent to maintain its shine. Use a toothbrush or other soft brush to dislodge any pieces of dirt that may be stuck to the piece. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to polish your item and keep it lustrous.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place. Exercise care when wearing your piece as stones can chip if hit on hard surfaces. Clean your jewelry regularly. Remove your jewelry when doing any household cleaning or wear rubber gloves to prevent chemical contact with your piece. Avoid chlorinated pools or hot tubs while wearing your jewelry as these will speed up the tarnishing process. We also recommend you not apply any perfumes, cosmetics, and hairspray before putting on your jewelry as the chemicals may dull the shine.
