Once youāve placed your order, please email your logo file and Order ID toĀ support@siliice.com. Our team will be happy to assist you in discussing design ideas, selecting colors, and confirming all customization details.Ā
CONFIRM THE DESIGN
Within a few hours, weāll send you a digital mock-up for your approval before production begins.
PRODUCTION TIMEĀ
Custom products are completed within 7ā14 business days, depending on the quantity and printing method required.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!
If youāre unsatisfied with your order, SiliiceĀ accept non-custom items to be returned within 10 days from delivery (courier notification date).

Return Guidelines
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.Ā
- Customized products (engraving, photos, names, initials, etc.) are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the buyerās responsibility. Please contact us for package return address.
- All returns will go through an inspection process. Items damaged (scratched, tangled, etc.) willĀ not be accepted.
If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.
