If you’re unsatisfied with your order, Siliice accept non-custom items to be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification. If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email to support@siliice.com

- Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.
- Engravings, photos, names, initials and other personalized items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.
