Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.
Customized products (engraving, photos, names, initials, etc.) are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact us for package return address.

All returns will go through an inspection process. Items damaged (scratched, tangled, etc.) will not be accepted.

If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.
