If you choose Custom Size (Deposit Only), the price shown is for the deposit.
- After paying the deposit, please contact us to start your product design.
- We will provide a quotation based on your requested size.
- Once you approve the design mock-up and pay the remaining balance, production will begin.
Note: All prices include the setup/mold fee. Reorders with the same logo will be offered at a lower price.

- Customized products (engraving, photos, names, initials, etc.) are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact us for package return address.
- All returns will go through an inspection process. Items damaged (scratched, tangled, etc.) will not be accepted.
